You agree to use CloseBot only to message leads who have provided consent to receive messages. You are responsible for ensuring your opt-in flows and lead sources are compliant with applicable laws and carrier policies.
CloseBot supports standard opt-out and help keywords such as STOP and HELP. You must honor opt-out requests and not attempt to circumvent them.
4. Prohibited Use
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
- Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities.
- Sending content related to prohibited categories without proper compliance.
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service.
5. Fees & Billing
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Messaging and carrier fees may apply depending on usage.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, including lead conversion rates, appointment volume, or revenue.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloseBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause compliance issues with carriers or providers.
